This Pork Skin Frying Pot will be protected with two 93429 nozzles, each nozzle is a 2- flow point nozzle, four flow point together. Nozzles heights shall be between 31.5" - 47" above the surface of the appliance, and the nozzle can be installed anywhere within the protected perimeter of the appliance and aimed to the center.  See the following document:
